FAQs
Is there a catch?
No. Most Wednesdays we walk through the program this assessment is built on, free and live, including the first few steps in each of the five areas. Plenty of people take it from there on their own, which is a perfectly good outcome. If you would rather not do it alone, we do it with you.
Do I have to give you my email?
Not to start, and not to answer anything. You work through all twenty-five questions first, then your name and email, which are required to see the scores. Your answers are never sold, shared, or published, individually or in aggregate.
How long does this take?
About seven minutes. Twenty-five questions, each with four short answers. Nothing to look up and nothing to prepare.
Is someone going to call me?
No. Nothing here books a call or starts a sequence. You get one email with your results. Tick the box and you also get the Monday note, one email a week, unsubscribe in one click. If you want to talk after that, you will have to be the one who asks.
What do I get at the end?
A score out of 100 in each of the five areas on screen the moment you finish, a written read on every one, and where in the order your work actually starts. All on one page you can forward to a CFO without explaining it first.
What if I do not know the answer?
Every question has an "I don't know" option, and choosing it is more useful to you than guessing. If several of your unknowns land in one area, that is worth noticing: it usually means the person who could answer sits somewhere else in the building. Not knowing is a finding.
Is this benchmarked against other companies?
No, and treat any assessment claiming otherwise with suspicion. Nobody holds a credible dataset of comparable mid-market companies, so a percentile would be invented. This is a quick read on where you sit. Our full assessment checks the evidence behind each answer, and this is not that.
